Welcome to the Ludlow6 Blog

Ludlow6—Creative Idea Exchange.

We started this blog about our studio in order to communicate more quickly and easily with our clients and colleagues. We think it will be a great way to keep all of our information and our communication design projects up-to-date. The blog will also allow everyone to see what we’ve been working on in the studio—and what we’ve been doing that’s interesting outside of the studio.

You can scan the posts or, if you want to find specific types of projects, use the list of labels on the right hand side. And be sure to visit our site at Ludlow6.com

Our blog will also contain useful resources to help you find design related information all in one place.

If you have any feedback or would like to discuss an upcoming project, please feel free to contact us at jim@ludlow6.com

If you know of anyone who could benefit from our services, please forward our blog link to them.

University of Nebraska–Lincoln

This past spring, we designed and produced this catalog for the Sheldon Museum of Art at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. The catalog featured recent acquisitions by the museum to its collection by several african-american artists. There is a series by the artist Jacob Lawrence called Eight Passages based on the King James version of Genesis. This artist is of special interest to me as he taught at Pratt Institute, my graduate school alma mater
